We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public SentNDelivered website.
Current status
We evaluate the public site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using automated and manual testing. Launch verification was completed on October 7, 2026. Accessibility remains ongoing, so we continue testing after material site changes and when barriers are reported.
What we do
We build accessibility into the site rather than relying on an accessibility overlay. That includes semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, labeled forms, clear errors and status messages, zoom and reflow support, reduced-motion support, and assistive-technology testing.
